VLC have ported to Qt6 in master

If I read right it is slated for 4.0 release, which is ... a whole thing it seems ...

Should probably port the live ebuild to Meson too.

See discussion in https://code.videolan.org/videolan/vlc/-/merge_requests/6812 too. Qt 6 support for 3.x may not be too far off.

For this bug to make sense, since 9999 ebuild is already ported to Qt6, $summary should be pinned to 3.0.x.
